Ecological Impact Assessment (EcIA) & Ecology in EIA
One of Scott Cawley's original services that we have been delivering for over 15 years is the preparation of stand-alone ecological impact assessment (EcIA) reports and chapters on biodiversity/fauna and flora for environmental impact statements (EISs). These reports are informed by a series of both multidisciplinary and specialist ecological services undertaken by our in-house ecologists. We follow best practice methodology and templates for reporting which provide comprehensive reports to meet legislative requirements. All of our reports are accompanied by habitat mapping at an appropriate scale prepared using ArcGIS, Autocad or Mapinfo compatible formats.
13th November 2017: Website updates are back!! It's been our busiest year ever, we seen new staff arrive and some staff head off to pastures new. First chills of winter are finally here after one of the warmest autumns we can remember. There should be some good fat mammals ready to get through the winter. Bats still flying and some hibernation sites not yet occupied.
